What “Grade A” means, in writing.
These are the acceptance criteria for our oyster mushroom line. Capsicum and cucumber specs are available on request — the same format, the same discipline, the same commitment: if it doesn't meet the written standard, it doesn't leave the door.

Whole, intact
No torn caps, no broken stems, no fragments. Cluster harvested intact off the substrate.
Cap
Uniform colour
Pale grey to ivory, no yellowing, no dehydration spots. Cap edge curled, not flat.
Moisture
Field-fresh
Weighed at pack — moisture loss <3% from harvest weight. Cold-pack within the hour.
Pack size
To order
200g consumer punnets, 1kg HORECA bags, 5kg distributor crates. All custom on request.
Shelf life
7 days cold
At 2–4°C, sealed pack. Audit log includes harvest timestamp for FIFO at your DC.
Traceability
Per consignment
Each dispatch slip carries the substrate lot ID, harvest date, room ID, and pack operator.
Minimum order quantity
We start at 25 kg / week.
Below 25 kg, we cannot plan our production cycle around your delivery window with any reliability. Above it, your dispatch day drives our harvest schedule — that is where the commitment becomes real on both sides.
