Products

Three crops. Two units. One documented standard.

Oyster mushrooms from our indoor facility, capsicum and European cucumber from a one-acre polyhouse. Every crop grown to a written Grade A spec, packed cold, dispatched on schedule.

Two units

Different crops. The same operating discipline.

The indoor mushroom facility is sensor-controlled and fully automated — humidity, CO₂, airflow, and contamination checks run continuously. The polyhouse runs the same documented standard applied to a different growing envelope: drip-irrigated, climate-monitored, harvest-logged.

The spec is not a marketing claim. It is a written document — cluster integrity, moisture at pack, harvest timestamp, substrate lot ID. The same audit trail we run on mushrooms runs on capsicum and cucumber. Same supplier, same discipline, different crop.

The line we hold

No produce shipped below Grade A. No batch without an audit log. No delivery that isn't on the schedule.

Every crop we grow — mushrooms, capsicum, cucumber — holds the same documented standard. Below-grade produce doesn't leave the facility. If a cycle underperforms, the log explains why and the next cycle adjusts.
